SASHA'S BIO
Dr. Sasha High is an Internist and Obesity Medicine Physician, mom of 3, and entrepreneur. She completed her medical training at the University of Toronto, and later became board-certified in Obesity Medicine. She has also received additional training in nutrition, mindset coaching, CBT and ACT.
Dr. High is the Founder of the High Metabolic Clinic, a multidisciplinary obesity medicine clinic for adults across Ontario. She also founded Best Weight, Canada’s leading medical + weight loss coaching program for women. Her evidence-based approach involves cognitive behavioural coaching, nutrition counselling, and medical treatment to help women stop emotional eating, ditch dieting, and achieve sustainable weight loss.
